中文摘要 | 本研究以人工針葉林之杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)疏伐木為材料,將經過切片及磨織處理之木纖維,以水泥拌合,並利用二氧化碳噴壓法加速硬化,使纖維水泥板可於4-6分鐘內快速成板。製程中,以不同比例水泥、噴入時間,及氣體壓力等因子之測試,結果顯示:當二氧化碳之壓力降至5.44 kgf/cm^2時,亦可完成製板;各板之靜曲破壞強度在43.91~95.01 kgf/cm^2間,內聚強度在1.12~5.17kgf/cm^2間,強度性質呈現與水泥含量成正比之關係。此外,板材之24小時吸水率為32.61%~57.35%,厚度膨脹率為1.25%~2.16%,顯示其尺寸安定性良好。當試材經建築物室內裝修材料之耐燃性試驗,其發煙係數皆在10以下,並證實均能通過CNS-6532耐燃二級標準。 |
英文摘要 | This study was focused on the production of fiber cement boards of thinned China fir plantation (Cunninghamia lanceolata ), by means of mixing chipped and ground woody particles with Portland cement under the control of CO_2 injection and pressurization. With the treatments of different cement ratios , injection times and CO_2 pressures, this research not only revealed that the reaction time and CO_2 pressure could be minimized as low as 4-6 minutes and 5.44 kgf / cm^2 respectively, but also presented that several important physical properties of the cement boards might be achieved as follows: MOR (43.91-95.01 kgf / cm^2), IB (1. 12-5.17 kgf / cm^2), the two above-mentioned strength properties were proved to be proportional to the amounts of cement blended, 24-hour water absorption rate (32.61%-57.35% ), thickness swelling rate (1.25%-2.16% ) the smoke evolution (CA), and the incombustibility test method for interior finish material of buildings (less than 10). Based on these facts, it was concluded that the fiber cement boards manufactured with this method were dimensionally stable llnd could successfully meet the requirements as specified in National Class-II Standard of Incombustibility, CNS-6532. |
