中文摘要 | 本研究主要在評估利用杉木混合單刺櫧為原料,以二氧化碳噴壓法製造粒片水泥板之可行性,同時就三項製板因子(不同比例的材料、水泥含量、噴氣壓力)對板材性質之效應加以解析,並探討各板之物理性質。試驗過程,係先將材料與波特蘭水泥混伴均勻,再倒入所設計之成形裝置,在室溫下,以25 kgf/cm^2之壓力壓板,並先以真空泵排除板坯內之空氣,再將二氧化碳以高壓噴入,結果顯示:5分鐘即能脫模、成板,故可大幅縮短製板之週期;就不同組合條件所製各板之靜曲強度(42.4 kgf/cm^2- 89.8 kgf/cm^2)及內緊強度,則依添加單刺櫧比例的增加(25%、50%、75%)而降低,且受水泥之含量影響;而內緊強度在1.9kgf/cm^2-4.3 kgf/cm^2之間,並由各板之厚度膨脹率(0.4%-1.8%)及吸水率(30.2%-51.6%)顯示具有良好的尺寸安定性;當以水泥-粒片之重量比為3倍製板,可符合耐燃二級。因此,省產闊葉樹材的單刺櫧亦可供為製板之原料,此將使料源的選擇更為寬廣。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the production of particle cement boards from "Cunninghamia lanceolata" and "Castanopsis stipitata" under a controlled CO_2 injection and pressurization conditions. By means of adjusting 3 factors (material ratio, cement ratio, and CO_2 injecting pressures), particle cement boards were prepared and their physical properties tested. The experiment started with blending fibrous materials of the 2 species with Portland cement and placing the blended materials in a board forming assembly of our own design. Under a 25 kgf/cm^2 plate pressure at room temperature, vacuum was drawn in the assembly, and then CO_2was injected under pressure. The mixtures were able to cure rapidly and form particle cement boards in only 5 min. Physical tests showed that the MOR (42.4 kgf/cm^2-89.8 kgf/cm^2) and IB values of the boards declined with increasing amounts of Castanopsis stipitata (25%, 50%, and 75%). These properties were also influenced by cement ratio. Meanwhile, IB values (1.9 kgf/cm^2-4.3 kgf/cm^2), thickness swelling rates (0.4%-1.8%), and the 24 hr. water absorption rates (30.2%-51.6%) indicated that the boards had good dimensional stability. When the ratio of cement to particle increased to 3 meet the class II criteria of CNS 6532 incombustibility test. Therefore, we conclude that hardwood species, such as Castanopsis stipitata can be made into good particle-cement board, which would also broaden the source of raw material selection. |
