中文摘要 | 本研究係以充細胞法分別將6.5%(C6)、10%(C10)、15%(C15)與20%(C20)等四種不 同濃度的耐燃藥劑注入杉木弦切面實木板後,進行CNS6532耐燃三級檢測,探討不同吸收量 對耐燃藥劑處理木材耐燃性能、改善效應與有效厚度的影響,其結果如下: 1.耐燃性能隨藥吸收量增加增加,至一定吸收量(115.8kg/m�纂^後則趨一定。 2.處理材耐燃性改善效應隨藥劑吸收量增加而下降。 3.吸收耐燃藥劑木板厚度為3mm時,其表面燃燒性質僅著火性與發熱性獲得顯著改善,但餘 焰時間則無改善。 4.有效厚度方面,耐燃藥劑濃度6.5%、10%、15%與20日俱增有效厚度分別為7mm、6.5mm、6mm 與5mm。 5.耐燃性質隨吸收耐燃藥劑木板厚度增加而增加,至有效厚度以上則與厚度以上則與厚度10mm 的耐燃藥劑處理材無顯著差異。 6.耐燃處理實木通過耐燃三級的最低吸收量為49.2kg/m�纂C |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of fire-retardant retention on fireresistance performance, improving efficiency, and effective thickness of fire-retardant treated wood. The specimens were impregnated with 6.5% (C6), 10% (C10), 15% (C15), and 20% (C20) concentration of chemical solution by full-celt method. The specimens were tested in accordance with "Grade 3 Incombust-ibility" of the surface flammability test as specified in CNS 6532-1993. The experimental results were summarized as follow: l.The fire-resistance performances increased with increasing chemical retention up to 115.8 kg/m3 , ihen it keep constant. 2.The improving efficiency of treated wood decreased with increasing chemical retention. 3.For the 3mm thick fire-retardant chemical absorbed wood panel, both the exhaust temperature rise (tc) and heat generation (td ) were improved significantly, but the after-flame time (tl) was not. |
