中文摘要 | 收集生產工業用紙、文化用紙和使用廢紙為原料的各類紙廠廢棄之污泥,經測定 其纖維含量為 52.08% ∼ 58.51%, 並含有無機物等可資利用,故將其拌和波特蘭水泥,以 二氧化碳法, 依水泥比例、 噴氣時間以及噴入壓力三項參數進行製板, 結果顯示: 可於 4min 內快速成板,各板之破強度為 24.49 ∼ 58.19 kgf/cm �插A且其尺寸安定性及抗蟻性 良好,並可達到中國國家標 CNS(6532) 耐燃三級之標準。 |
英文摘要 | Tests were conducted on various sludges being discharged from the production of industrial paper and cultural paper and with applied waste papers as materials. The results indicate that 52.08% ∼ 58.51% fiber composition as well as inorganic substances can be utilized. By mixing with Portland cement and by the carbon dioxide method, 3 parameters of cement ratio, injecting time, and injecting pressure were used for the making of the fiber sludge cement board. Results show that the board can be speedily shaped within 4 min with 24.49 ∼ 58.19 kgf/cm �� of MOR for each board. In addition, the test also indicated ideal size for stability and termite resistance, which also meets CNS 6532 standard of 3rd grade fire resistance. |
