中文摘要 | 本研究係利用二氧化碳噴壓技術將臺灣杉和稻草速凝製成水泥複合板,並探討其水合特性,及製板條件對成板性質之影響。試驗首先測定板坯的水合溫度及重量增加率;其次再行製板並比較各板之物理及機械性質。結果顯示:板坯的水合溫度隨著臺灣杉/稻草比、二氧化碳壓力、水泥/材料質量比、水灰比(0.25、0.30)之增加而上升,但當水灰比增高至0.35,水合溫度即下降,而當再增加至0.55則劇降,且達到最高水合溫度的時間亦明顯延後,顯示適當的水灰比非常重要。因此,可利用水合溫度曲線和重量增加率,選取製板條件之適當範圍,則可在4-6m,快速製成具有尺寸安定性良好的水泥複合板,其靜曲破壞強度約為34.83-57.09 kgf/cm2。經比較三項製板參數,以臺灣杉/稻草比最為重要,其次為水泥/材料質量比,製板時間的影響較小。此外,利用各50%之臺灣杉與稻草為材料、水泥/材料質量比為3.0/1、3.5/1、4.0/1,所製造的水泥複合板,雖然其著火性(tc)、發熱性(tdθ)、發煙係數(Ca)等各項耐燃性質良好,惟皆因餘焰時間超過30s,而只能符合CNS-6532耐燃三級,此為尚待研究改進者。 |
英文摘要 | Hydration characteristics and effect of manufacturing conditions on the properties of cement bonded composites made from Taiwania cryptomerioides Hay and rice straw by CO2 injection pressing technique. The hydration temperature, percent weight gain and physical and mechanical properties of the boards were then compared. The results show that the hydration temperature of the mat increased with increasing Taiwania to rice straw ratio, carbon dioxide pressure, cement/material ratio and water/cement ratio (0.25, 0.30). However, when the water/cement ratio exceeded 0.35 the hydration temperature started to drop, and the drop was increased significantly when the ratio exceeded 0.55 and the time to reach the maximum temperature also markedly delayed. This indicate that appropriate water/cement ratio is very important for the boards manufactured. Therefore, hydration temperature curves and percent weight gain could be used to select optimum conditions for the manufacturing of cement bonded composites. By means of the carbon dioxide injection pressing process, the boards could be formed within 4 to 6 minutes manufactured with good dimensional stability, MOR of the resulting boards ranged between 34.83 and 57.09 kgf/cm2. Comparing the importance of the 3 variables of this study, the material ratios had the greatest influence on the board properties, followed by cement/material ratio, and manufacturing time. Manufactured with the proportion of 50% Taiwania and 50% rice straw and the cement/material ratio 3.0/1, 3.5/1, 4.0/1, cement bonded composites had achieved good quality in ignitability, heat generation and fuming factor. However, the after flaming time of the boards longer than 30 sec made the boards only qualified by the Grade 3 standard of CNS-6532, which needs more researches for further betterment. |
