中文摘要 | 各類之水泥板具有耐熱、吸音、耐腐朽等優點,但傳統製程,耗工費時,而二氧 化碳噴壓法則可於數分鐘內快速成板。本試驗主要在探討應用此法製板,當不同處理時,對 板坯水化性質之效應,以獲取快速製板所須之相關資料。試驗係將二氧化碳噴入已混拌廢報 紙纖維及卜特蘭水泥之成型裝置,並全程檢測製板時,板坯之溫度、含水率、電導度等之經 時變化,此外,於成板後測定各板之二氧化碳耗用量,重量增加率並藉掃描式電顯觀測其結 構。試驗結果顯示,當提高二氧化碳的噴入壓力及增加水泥╱廢報紙纖維比例,均會提升板 坯之溫度;而三種化學藥劑,則以氫氧化鈣可使板坯升溫至90.12℃最具效應;當以0.25及 0.35之水灰比製板,其水化放熱曲線差異很小。對製板所須之二氧化碳約為3.38%~5.29%, 製板後之重量增加率則約為3,45%~6.16%,而成板經能量分散式X射線分析則可測得主要 是含有鈣、矽等元素。 |
英文摘要 | Cement boards are generally superior in heat resistance, sound absorption and decay resistance. However, the traditional fabrication procedure requires longer time and more labor in preparation. The use of carbon dioxide injection pressing process can produce the boards in a few minutes. The present investigation is mainly to study the effects of hydration on the quick production of boards. In this study the board forming assembly was used to inject CO□ into premixed waste newspaper fibrous material and Portland cement with monitoring of time changes of board matrix temperature, hydration property, and electric conductivity Besides, the consumption of CO□, and weight gain ratio were determined through the use of scanning electron microscope, the structure properties of the formed board were measured. The experimental results indicate that the matrix temperature will increase by increase by increasing the pressure of CO□ injection and the ratio of cement to waste newspaper fiber respectively. On the use of three chemicals, the effect of adding calcium hydroxide was most obvious, thematrix temperature was raised to 90.12℃. The water to cement ratios of 0.25 and 0.35 showed least influence on the hydration exotherm curve. The weight increase ratio of the board was about 3.45%~6.16%. at the expenses of CO□ application between 3.38%~5.29%. The major elements found were calcium and silicon through energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA). |
