中文摘要 | 將省產柳杉、杉木、臺灣杉、木油桐及麻六甲合歡之疏伐木,鉋削為木絲後與礦渣水泥拌合,再以充氣法於室溫可在數分鐘內研製成板,厚度膨脹率亦均低於5.89%。各板以非破壞試驗中之打音法測定其音速、動彈性係數、對數衰減率,再以破壞性試驗測定靜曲破壞強度,並探討其與礦渣水泥取代量間之相關性,結果顯示不同比例之礦渣水泥取代水泥量對木絲板之性質殊具影響,並隨取代量的增加而性質降低;當以礦渣水泥分別取代水泥25%、50%、75%及100%時,動彈性係數之降幅約在19.26∼ 28.07%,各樹種間則顯示針葉樹材較闊葉樹材適於製造水泥木絲板。 |
英文摘要 | The woodwool of Cryptomeria, China fir, Taiwania, Malacca albzzia and wood oil tree were prepared by excelsior machine. Those inorganic-bonded wood excelsior boards were made under the conditions that the water/slag cement was 0.5, woodwool/slag cement 0.5, board density 0.7g/cm3 with pressure at 25 kgf/c㎡. The carbon dioxide at 5.3kgf/c㎡ was directly sprayed into the mat to develop considerable strength in 5 minutes. The thickness swelling of those excelsior boards following a 24 hour soak in water were 5.89%. In this experiment, a tap tone method with the FFT spectrum analyzer in the measurements of dynamic MOE, sound velocity and logarithmic decrement of those inorganic -bonded wood excelsior boards was used, as well as in the static bending method for a further study of the relationship with MOR. The dynamic MOE of slag cement excelsior board were decreased for 19.3-28.1% when 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% amount of cement was replaced by slag. In general, the mat forming of slag cement bonded excelsior board from soft woods were easier to preform than those from hard woods, and those soft wood excelsior boards also showed better property. |
