中文摘要 | 本計劃為評估各種飼料添加物添加於土番鴨飼糧中,對生長、飼料利用效率與組 織殘留量之探討本計劃為評估各種飼料添加物添加於土番鴨飼料中對生長,飼料利用效率與 組織殘留量之影響。本試驗處理之三種飼料添加物及其用量為乃託文10.20.30ppm,歐金來 得10.30.50.ppm沙利黴素20.50.80ppm及對照十組,每處理20隻土番鴨,公母各半,二重 覆,試驗兩次。飼養至十週停藥,停藥後第0.5.10天逢機抽樣公母各兩隻,收集血液、胸肌、 腎、肝等組織,檢測其殘留量,飼養結果,乃託文與歐金來得30ppm對0~3週齡土番鴨有 促進增重之效果(p<0.05),而全期0~10週,僅乃託文30ppm組對照組增重佳(P<0.05)外,其 餘均未有顯著差異。各期飼料效果在處理間差異均不顯著,就組織殘留而言,使用乃託文、 歐金來得、沙利黴素等處理組,在停藥10天後,各項組織均未檢出殘留,故本試驗添加劑 量下於停藥10 天後,不會有藥物殘留。 |
英文摘要 | The study was conducted to evaluate the optimal dosage of various additives used in mule duck diets. The treatments 10, 20, 30 ppm of Nitrovin, 10, 30, 50 ppm of Olaquindox, 20, 50, 80 ppm of Salinomycin and control. Twenty mule ducks (10♀+10♀) in each group with duqlicate in each treatment were used in each experiment and the experiment was repeated once. Body weight and feed consumption of duck were measured at 0, 3, 6 and 10 weeks of age. The use of additives were discontinued at 10 weeks of age and then ofur ducks (2♀2♂) were randomly chosen for slaughtering at %, 5, 10 days after additives were withdrawn. Birds were weighed killed, and additive residues in breast muscle, muscle, kidney and liver were determined. Diets with Nitrovin and 30 ppm Olaquindox significantly improved weight gain for o to 3 weeks old duckings. For 0 to 10 weeks of age, weight gain was improved by level of 30 ppm Nitrovin, however, the other groups were not significantly different. There was no significant difference in feed conversion efficiency among periods and groups. Also no additive residues in tissues was found after 10 days of withdrawal period. |
