中文摘要 | 本試驗為針對各種飼料添加物餵飼土番鴨之促進生長效果、適用劑量以及組織器 官殘留系列研究之一。三種抗生素飼料添加物為使用培可黴素(Bicozamycin)10、20、40ppm, 恩黴素(Enramycin)與北里黴素(Kitasamycin)各5、10、20ppm以及對照組,共有10個處理組, 每處理組80隻土番鴨,公母各半,為4重複,於飼養之0、3、6、9與10週齡秤量鴨隻體重及 飼料採食量,至10週齡停藥並於停藥當日、5日與10日逢機抽取公母各二隻屠宰,而後取其 血液、胸肌、肝臟以及腎臟等4種樣品以Cylinder-Plate method分析其中藥物殘留情形。 結果顯示:初期(小0~3週)增重,除北里黴素10、20ppm兩處理組以外,其它各處理組均較對照 組有顯著促進生長效果(P<0.05),後期(3~10週)北里黴素20ppm添加組有減重現象,但不顯 著,而全期(0~10週)培可黴素10、40ppm與恩黴素5、10、20ppm等各處理組均與對照組呈顯著 增重差異(P<0.05),而北里黴素10、20ppm兩處理組為減重,但差異不顯著;至於改善飼料利用 效率,不論前、後以及全期等飼養階段亦均不顯著,但以恩黴素5ppm組為最佳,而北里黴素 10、20ppm兩處理組呈現負效率;就藥物殘留而言,培可黴素、恩黴素與北里黴素各不同添加 劑量於停藥後0、5、10天,各項組織器官中均未檢出殘留,符合衛生署規定殘留標準,然北里 黴素因其腸管吸收性,應注意使用劑量與停藥期限。 |
英文摘要 | The growth assay and tissue residue analysis were conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary bicozamycin (10, 20, 40 ppm), enramycin (5, 10, 20 ppm) and kitasamycin (5, 10, 20 ppm) supplementation in mule ducks. Twenty mule ducks with mixed sex were used as experimental animals for each treatment and two replications were conducted. Body weight and feed consumption of duck were measured after fasting 4 hours on the 0, 3, 6, 9 and 10th weeks of age. The use of additives were discontinued at 10 weeks of age and then 4 ducks (2♂+2♀) were randomly chosen and sacrified at 0, 5, 10 days after drugs were withdrawn. Samples from blood, breast muscle, kidney and liver were taken for the drug residues analysis by Cylinder-plate method. Results showed that the diets with all of treatments of bicozamycin, enramycin as well as 5 ppm kitasamycin group could significantly improve weight gain for starting (0~3 weeks) periods. For the whole feeding periods (0~10 weeks), weight gains were significantly improved at levels of 10, 40 ppm of bicozamycin and all of the three treatments of enramycin (P<0.05), respectively. On the contrary, the groups of 10 & 20 ppm of kitasamycin had negative gain, but no significant difference (P>0.05) was found. Furthermore, the feed conversion efficiency of groups with kitasamycin 10 & 20 ppm got the negative results, but, the other treatment groups of antibiotics present better rate than the control and showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Also, no drug residues were found in the tissues of mule ducks in all withdrawal periods. |
