| 中文摘要 | 本試驗為針對各種飼料添加物,以促進土番鴨生長效果適用劑量及組織殘留之系列研究之一,牌為建立「飼料添加物使用 」之參考依據。本年度三種添加物為安巴素5、10、15 ppm,鋅枯草菌素5、30、60 ppm及史黴素5、15、30 ppm,和對照組,共有10處理組,每第理20隻土番鴨,公母各半,二重複,試驗兩次,稱量0、3、6、10週齡之體重及飼料採食量,至10週齡停藥並於停藥日及停藥後5、10天逢機選公母各二隻,屠宰取其血液、肉、腎臟及肝臟品以分析殘留量。飼養結果,0~3週齡添加安巴素15 ppm,鋅枯草菌素60 ppm及史黴素5 ppm組均較對照組增重為優(P>0.05),即前期的添加對促進生長有明顯的效果,至0~10週齡之全期飼養以安巴素5、15 ppm,鋅枯草菌素30 ppm及史黴素30 ppm,飼料效率則與增重效果有改進的趨勢(P>0.05)。就組織殘留而言,安巴素、鋅枯草菌素及史黴素等於各添加量由藥後0~10天,各項組織均未檢出殘留,符合衛生署規定殘留標準,然史黴素因具有吸收性,建議應至少有五天停藥期。 |
| 英文摘要 | The study was conducted to evaluate the optimal dosage of various feedstuff additives based on growth of mule ducks. Theis experiment comprised 10 treatments that were 5、10、15 ppm of Avoparcin, 5、30、60 ppm of Zinc bacitracin, 5、15、30 ppm of Spiramycin and control, respectively. Twenty mule ducks (10♂+10♀) in each group with duplicate in each treatment were used in each experiment and the experiment was repeated once. Body weight and feed consumption of duck were measured at 0, 3, 6 and 10 weeks of age. The use of additives were cased at 10 weeks of age and then four ducks (2♂+2♀) were randomly chosen for slaughtering at 0、5、10 days after additives were withdrawn. Birds were weighed, killed, and additive residues in breast muscle, kidney and liver were determined. Diet with 15 ppm Avoparcin, 60 ppm Zincbacitracin and 5 ppm Spiramycin significantly improved weight gain for 0 to 3 weeks old ducklings. For 0 to 10 weeks of age, weight gain was improved by level of 5 ppm and 15 ppm of Avoparcin, 30 ppm of Zinc bacitracin and 30 ppm of Spiramycin. but on significant difference was found. There was no significant difference in feed conversion efficiency. Also no additive residues in tissues were found at withdrawal period. |
