中文摘要 | 試驗旨在探討飼料中添加不同劑量胺苯亞砷酸(50、75、100 ppm),對土番鴨之增重,飼料利用效率以及組織殘留量的影響。三品種土番鴨共 320隻,逢機分為4處理組,每組四重複,每重複20隻,前期(0~3週)基礎飼糧含 CP 18.7%,ME 2886 kcal/kg,後期(3週齡後)則含 CP 16.0%,ME 2900 kcal/kg;試驗為期80天,試驗期間飼料及水予以任食。試驗之第 0、3、6、9及10週,秤鴨隻個別體重及飼料淚耗量,以計算增重及飼料利用效率,試驗之第70日齡各組停藥,改餵空白之基礎飼糧,並分別於第70、75和80日齡,每處理逢機屠宰16隻,公母各半,取其血液、肝、腎及胸肌樣品,分析其中胺苯亞砷酸之殘留量。 結果顯示,前期之增重各組與對照組間差異均不顯著(P>0.05),後期(3~10週)及全期(0~10週)之增重,除胺苯亞砷酸 100 ppm 組顯著 (P<0.05)低於對照組外,其餘各組(50 與 75 ppm)與對照組之差異均不顯著(P>0.05);三處理組對土番鴨前期之飼料利用效率差異均不顯著(P>0.05)而後期或全期則均無助益;若賅苯亞砷酸使用劑量少於 100 ppm時,於停藥第 0、5、10天,組織殘留劑量雖十分微少 (少於0.1 ppm),故須審慎執行停藥期,以避免屠體組織器官產生殘留的安全性問題。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of arsanilic acid (50, 75, 100 ppm) supplementation in performance of mule ducks. A total of 320 day-old three-way cross mule ducklings was purchased from commercial hatchery and randomly divided into 4 treatments with 4 replicates (10g, 105/replicate). The experimental period was 80 days. Basal diets contained crude protein (GP) 18.7 % and metabolizable energy (ME) 2886 kcal/kg in starting diet (0~3 week) and CP 16.0 %, ME 2900 Kcal/kg in finishing diet (3~10 week). Feed in mash form and water were given ad libitum.. Individual body weight and feed consumption were measured after fasting for 4 hrs on the 0, 3, 6, 9, and 10 weeks of age; on day 70, all drugs were withdrawn from the diets. Sixteen ducks in each treatment were sacrificed for tissue residue analysis at 70, 75, and 80 days of age. The drug residue in blood, breast muscle, liver, and kidney were determined. The results showed that three treatments of arsanilic acid supplement could not significantly (p> 0.05) promote the growth rate of mule ducklings in starting period (0~3 weeks). Nevertheless in finishing (3~10 weeks) and whole (0~10 weeks) periods, the growth rate of mule ducklings fed the 100 ppm arsanilic acid group were significantly depressed (p<0.05). Feed efficiency was not significantly improved by this drug addition within experiment period. Although the arsanilic acid residues in the samples of liver, muscle, kidney and blood of mule duck were below 0.1 ppm, the regulation required a 0 ppm in the carcass. Therefore caution must be taken with the withdrawal period. |
