中文摘要 | 本試驗為針對各種飼料添加物,以促進土番鴉生長效果適用劑量,組織殘留系列研究之一,使建立「飼料添加物使用準則」之參考依據,二種添加物為新黴素(Neomycin)80、120、160ppm;泰黴素(Tylosin)則添加5、30、60ppm及對照組,共有7處理組,每處理80隻土番鴨(公番鴨×北京母鴨),公母各半,分為四重複,於飼養之0、3、6、9 與10週齡秤量鴨隻體重與飼料採食量,至10週齡停藥並於停藥當日、第5及10天,每重重複逢機抽取公母各二隻屠宰,而後取其血液、胸肌、腎臟及肝臟樣品分析其中藥物之殘留情形。結果顯示,二種抗生素各處理組對土番鴨前期(0~3週)之增重,均未有顯著效果(P>0.05),但其平均增重均優於對照組,後期(3~10週)差異亦不顯著,全期(0~10週)飼養總增重,除添加泰黴素5及60ppm兩處理組比對照組有顯著差異(P<0.05)之效果,其餘各組則效果不顯著;至於改善飼料利用效率,前、後以及全期等飼養期間,抗生素添加組與對照組均無顯著差異。就組織殘留量而言,新黴素三種添加劑量以及泰黴素5ppm處理組,自停藥當日(24小時以內)起,各項組織器官中均未有藥物殘留,符合衛生署規定,故可不必考慮停藥期,而泰黴素60ppm組,至停藥10日肝臟中仍有泰黴素殘留,其劑量雖未超過法定容許殘留標準,但為確保鴨隻屠體組織器官之衛生安全,應至少執行10天的停藥期。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Neomycin (80, 120, 160ppm) and Tylosin (5, 30, 60ppm) on the growth performance and feed efficiency, and their tissue residues in mule ducks. A total of 560 day-old two-way mule ducklings purchased from commercial hatcheries were randomly divided into 7 treatments with 4 replicates (10 males, 10 females/ replicate) each. The experimental period was 80 days. Basal diets contained CP 18.7% and ME 2886 kcal/kg in starting (0~3 week) and CP 16%, ME 2900 kcal/kg in finishing (3~10 week) period. Feed in mash form and water were given ad libitum. Individual body weight and feed consumption were measured after fasting for 4 hr on the 0, 3, 6, 9, and 10th weeks of age. On the 70 day old, all drugs were withdrawn from the diets. Sixteen ducks in each treatment were sacrified for tissue residue analysis at the 70, 75 and 80 day old of age, respectively. The drug residue in blood, breast, liver and kidney were determined. Although the results showed that these two drugs did not improve growth in either period, the total growth (0~10 weeks) of ducks in 5 and 60 ppm of Tylosin supplementation group were significantly (P<0.05) better than the ducks in control group. The feed conversion efficiency were not significantly improved by these drugs. No drug residue was found during the withdrawal period with the exception of the ducks in 30 and 60 ppm Tylosin supplemented groups. But the residual levels were still within legal allowance. Therefore, a 10-day withdrawal period is needed to deplete the Tylosin below the legal legel. |
