中文摘要 | 本計劃為系列性計劃之一,針對各種飼料添加物,測定對於餵飼土番鴨的促進生長效果,使用劑量,以及組織殘留情形,以提供建立「飼料添加物使用準則」之參考依據,本年度三種飼料添加物為可利斯丁 2、10、20 ppm,洛克沙生25、37.5、50 ppm、富樂黴素 1.0、1.6、22 ppm,及對照組共為十處理兩重複。每處理二十隻三品種土番鴨,公母各半。飼養至十週停藥,停藥後第0、5、11天,逢機抽樣公母各二隻,屠宰,採取血液、胸肌、腎、肝等組織,分析殘留量。其飼養結果,0~3週齡增重,除可利斯丁 2 ppm,富樂黴素 1.6 ppm 組比對照組差 (P>0.05)外,其他各組均比對照組為優,相差2.9~6.5%,而全期0~10週齡,只有可利斯丁 10 ppm組比對照組增重佳 (F<0.05)外,其他各組都沒有顯著差異(P>0.05)。飼料效率全期0~10週,各組都差異不顯著,僅可利斯丁 10、20 ppm,富樂黴素 1.0、2.2 ppm組略好,改進效率約 0.9~1.9 %。就組織殘留而言,可利斯丁及富樂黴素,各組添加量由停藥後 0~11天,各項組織均未有殘留檢出,符合衛生署規定殘留標準。而洛克沙生 50 ppm 組,停藥後第5天肝臟內仍有 0.56 ppm 殘留量,至第 11 天才達 0.5 ppm 以下 (<0.5 ppm,分光光度計最小檢驗量),顯示洛克沙生高劑量添加時,停藥期限至少11天。 |
英文摘要 | The study was conducted to determine the effect of Colistin (2、10、20 ppm), Roxarsone (25, 37.5, 50 ppm) and Flavomycin (1.0、1.6、 2.2 ppm) addition in diet during 0 to 10 weeks of age on the growth and drug residues of mule duck. Twenty mule ducks with mixed sex were used as experimental animals for each treatment. Two replications were conducted. The drugs were withdrawn at 10 weeks of age, and two birds each of male and female were slaughtered at 0, 5 and 10 days after drug being withdrawn. Samples from blood, breast muscle, kidney and liver were taken for the drug residue analysis. Results showed that body weight gain was improved within 0 to 3 weeks of age for mule ducks fed with drug additives except those fed with 2 ppm colistin and 1.6 ppm flavomycin. The body weight gain of the ducks fed on 10 ppm colistin was significantly better than that of the control during ten weeks. The feed efficiency of groups with the colistin 10, 20 ppm and flavomycin 1.0, 2.2 ppm was improved at 0.9~ 1.9% during ten weeks, but the other groups were not significantly different. Drug residues were not detected in the tissues from birds fed diets with colistin and flavomycin after drug withdrawn for 041I days. 0.56 ppm of drug residue was detected in the liver from mule duck fed diet with 50 ppm Roxarsone even after the drug been withdrawn for 5 days. The drug residues were all lower than 0.5 ppm after withdrawn for 11 days. |
