中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討飼糧中添加不同劑量之純徽素(5、20、50 ppm)及康黴素(15、30、60ppm),對土番鴨之增重、飼料利用效率以及組織殘留量的影響。三品種土番鴨共560隻,逢機分為7處理組,每組四重複,每重複20隻,前期(0~3週)基礎飼糧臺CP 18.7%,ME2886 kcal/kg,後期 (3週齡後)則含CP 16.0 96,ME 2900 kcal/kg;試驗為期80天,試驗期間飼料及水予以任食。試驗之第0、3、6、9及10週時,秤鴨隻個別體重及飼料消耗量,以計算增重及飼料利用效率,試驗之第70日齡各組停藥,改餵空白之基礎飼糧,並分別於第70、75和80日齡時,每處理逢機屠宰16隻,公母各半,取其血液、肝、腎及胸肌樣品,分析組織中純黴素及康徽素之殘留量。 結果顯示,前期之增重除純黴素50 ppm組顯著較對照組為高(P<0.05)外,其餘各組與對照組間差異均不顯著,後期(3~10週)及全期(0~10週之增重,均以康黴素60 ppm組顯著(P<0.05)低於對照組外,其餘各組與對照組之差異均不顯著。飼料利用效率則不論前、後或全期,各處理間均無顯著差異,兩種抗生素對土番鴨前期之飼料利用效率雖有稍許幫助,但後期或全期則全無助益。純黴素和康黴素各添加組在停藥當天即無殘習量發現,故在本試驗之添加量下,無需任何停藥期。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of virginiamycin (5, 20, 50 ppm) and kanamycin (15, 30, 60 ppm) supplementation on mule ducks performance. A total of 560 day-old mule ducklings purchased from commercial hatcheries were randomly divided into 7 treatments with 4 replicates ( 10♀% , 10♂ /replicate). The experimental period was 80 days. Basal diets contained crude protein (CP) 18.7 % and metabolizable energy (ME) 2886 kcal/kg in starting (043 week) and CP 16.0 %, ME 2900 KcaI/kg in finishing (3~10 week) period. Feed was in mash form and water were given ad libitum. Individual body weight and feed consumption were measured after fasting for 4 hrs. on the 0, 3, 6, 9 and 10th weeks of age. On day 70, all drugs were withdrawn from the diets. Sixteen ducks in each treatment were sacrificed for analysis of tissue residue at 70, 75, and 80 days. The two drug residues in blood, breast muscle, liver, and kidney were determined. Results showed that 50 ppm of virginiamycin supplementation could significantly (p% 0.05) promote the growth of mule ducklings in starting period (0~ 3 weeks), but there was no significant effect in the other 5 drug-treated groups. In finishing (3~ 10 weeks) and whole (0-10 weeks) period, the growth response of mule ducks in kanamycin 60 ppm group was significantly depressed (p<0.05). The feed conversion efficiency were not significantly improved by these two drug additions. No drug residue was detected in tissue of mule ducks in virginiamycin or kanamycin treatments from 0 to 10th day of withdrawal period. |
