中文摘要 | 國內主要農副產物包括啤酒粕、高粱粕、豆渣、蕃茄渣、毛豆藤、花生藤等,因 嗜口性佳、蛋白質高、價格便宜,做為反芻動物飼料,由來已久,但產期集中,不易全年給 飼。含水量高,保存不易。傳統的青貯槽青貯,很難填充緊密,失敗率高,品質不甚穩定。 一種改良型的袋式牧草青貯機, 容量在 10-20 噸間,用於農產品副產物或農產加工後剩餘 的殘渣,或混合芻料或精料是養羊戶現階段較合適的需求。 將農產副產物配合飼料營養成分與青貯條件,先行處理,並測定分析其機械屬性,然後用本 機械予以青貯,從初期試驗過程中,發現處理裝填的板凸輪組轉速較慢,經增加轉速並予試 驗,扭力無特別變化。輸送機仰角β的設計為 27.5 度,無物料的滑落損失。裝填比重為 0.92,是一般草料 (0.605) 的 1.52 倍。壓縮比為 1.58,僅為草料的 0.46 倍,耗用的背 壓力 500psi,為一般牧草的 1.3 倍,均在本機驅動的安全範圍內。完熟後的青貯料,評定 結果達「好」的標準,作業上所得綜合結果,經前處理的農副產品,較牧草更適合裝填。效 益初期評估,每公噸青貯料的作業成本約為 65.4 元。 |
英文摘要 | The main silage materials in Taiwan include brewer's grains, Kaoliang residue, soybean meal, tofu cake, tomato residue, peanut vines and podded pea vines. They were with good eating quality, high protein and cheap price. They were used as feeding materials for ruminant for long time. But their production season was too concentrated to offer materials for feeding cows and they were too much moisture to store. The conventional silage tank was difficult to fill tightly and the quality of silage was not stable. A bag-type forage silage machinery was modified and its capacity is between 10 and 20 tons. It is applied on the agricultural by-products or the residue after agricultural product processing. The mixing of fodder or concentrate feeding is more suitable for goat farmers' application. The agricultural by-products were proceed after nutrition analysis and optimal silage design. Then the silage on this machinery after the machinery characteristics of those materials were analyzed. The rotating speed of cam is too slowly during filling processing on the first experiment. After the rotating speed of cam was increased and the torque was not special changed. The elevation angle of convey is 27.5 degree under no slipping damage of materials. The specific gravity of feeding is 0.92 and that of general material is 0.605. The ratio of compression is 1.58 and it is only be 46 % of general materials. But this machine need 500psi bag pressure and is 130 % of general materials. Those above data was on the sale range when this machinery was driving. The materials after silage processing are on the "good" standard. From experimental results, the agricultrual by-products after per-processing wewe more suitable filling than general forage. From cost analysis, the operation cost per ton of silage materials in NT $65.4. |
