中文摘要 | 以盤固草作為材料,測試大小圓型打包機的作業性能,並選擇作業效率較優的大圓型打包機,進行牧草貯存方式比較,其結果如下: 1.小圓型打包機雖然輕便,結構簡單、馬力小,但應用於盤固草的的乾草打包時,其工作效率僅為傳統式方型打包機的五分之一,工作效率低,操作人員又辛若,並不能滿足大面積乾草調製之需要。 2.以大圓型打包機應用於乾草調製時,其工作效率與作業成本均比傳統式方型打包機為佳:其結構簡單,故障率少,但在牧草包裝運、堆積貯存及給飼均須要鏟裝機的配合,將可節省大量的人工及勞力,爾後在推展畜牧生產自動化,此類型打包機應可推薦酪農或代耕中心使用。 3.以含水分較高的盤固草打成大圓形包,不同處理的貯存方法,其結果以膠膜包裝最為理想,其作業成本約0.82元/公斤的青貯草,比傳統壕溝式調製省工時及成本,同時品質較容易控制,為本省環境不易調製乾草時期與地區,保存優良品質牧草的貯存方法。 |
英文摘要 | Objectives of this study were to determine working efficiency of large and small round balers on making hay of pangola grass (Digitaria decumbens) and that of large ones on making Pangola silage. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Small round baler was light and simple with low horse power. Its working efficiency was low with only 1/5 of the traditional method (rectangular baler). thus, small round baler could not be operated efficiently in making hay in a large-scale field operation. 2. The working efficiency of the large round baler was higher and the operation cost was lower than that of the traditional one when it was used for hay making. The framer was simpler and less trouble on operation. The loader was needed for large round bales to help transporting, storing and feeding. Thus, much labor cost could be saved the large round baler could be recommended for dairy farmers and forage machinery service centers to operate. It would help facilitate automatic production of animal industry. 3. Large round bale containing high moisture could be covered with plastic membrane to make better quality of silage compared to other treatments. The operation cost was 0.82NT dollars/Kg. It was more labor-saved and lower operation cost to make silage compared to the traditional method with trench silo. Further, silage quality was easier to be controlled. It was suggested to use it to make good quality of pangola silage when the period or the location was unsuitable to make pangola hay. |
