中文摘要 | 本試驗為針對各種飼料添加物餵飼土番鴨之促進生長效果,適當劑量以及組織器官殘留系列研究之一。二種抗生素為氯四環素(Chloretetracycline, CTC)使用50、100與200 ppm,而羥四環素(Oxytetracycline, OTC)則添加100、150與200 ppm以及對照組,共有7處組,每處理80隻土番鴨,公母各半,分為四重複,於飼養之0、3、6、9與10 週齡秤量鴨隻體重及飼料採食量,至10週齡停藥並於停藥當日、日以及10天逢機抽取公母各二隻屠宰,而後取其血液、胸肌、腎臟及肝臟樣品分析其中藥物之殘留情形。結果顯示,二種抗生素各處理組對土番鴨前期(0∼3週)之增重均無顯著效果,後期(3∼10週)以及全期(0∼10週)兩種抗生素均以最低劑量組之效枎為最佳但均不顯著;至於變善飼料利用效率,不論前、後以及全期等飼養階段亦均不顯著,而全期則分別以CTC 50 ppm與OTC 150 ppm兩處理組為最優。就組織殘留而言,CTC與OTC若分別使用200 ppm高劑量時,則CTC於停藥當天而OTC於停藥5天之肝臟腎臟中仍維持有藥物殘留痕蹟,雖均未超過罄定容許殘留標準,但為確保鴨隻屠體組織器官之安全,土番鴨日糧中若使用200 ppm以下劑量之CTC與OTC時,CTC應有5天而OTC應有5∼10天之停藥期為妥。 |
英文摘要 | Growth assay and tissue residue analysis were conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation chlortetracycline (CTC) and oxytetracycline (OTC) in mule ducks. A total of 560 day-old mule ducklings purchased form a commercial hatchary were randomly divided into seven treatments with four replicates. Each replicate maintained a control group. Each treatment contained of 20 mule ducklings, 10♂and 10♀. There levels of CTC at 50, 100 and 200 ppm and three levels of OTC at 100, 150 and 200 ppm were supplemented into both of starter (0~3 week) and finisher (3~10 week) diets. Feed was in mash form and water were given ad libitum. Individual body weight and feed consumption were measured on the 0, 3rd, 6th, 9th and 10th weeks of age. All antibiotic additives were withdrawn at 10 weeks of age and then sixteen birds (8 o+8♀) were randomly chosen for slaughtering at 0, 5 and 10 days after drugs withdrawal in each treatment. The antibiotic residues in ducks of blood, breast muscle, liver as well as kidney were determinded by Cylinder-Plate method. Results showed that the diet with all of the two antibiotic supplementaions could not significantly increase the weight gain for starting, finishing as well as whole feeding periods, respectively. furthermore, the feed conversion rate was also not affected. For mule ducks fed 200 ppm CTC and 200 ppm OTC, the drug residues were detected in liver and kidney tissues with at both the day and 5th day of drug withdrawal periods, even though the carcass safety, the additive levels recommended for both CTC and OTC were under 200 ppm. The drug withdrawal periods should be at least 5 days for CTC and 5 to 10 days for OTC. |
