中文摘要 | 含氟無填料樹脂作為溝隙封閉劑應用於牙齒咬合面之齲齒預防,可使其預防面更 為完整。然而,加氟對無填料樹脂之性質是否有影響,值得探討。本實驗之目的為探討添加 2% 及 5% 氟化鈉於無填料複合樹脂後, 其與牙釉質間抗張黏著強度( tensile bonding strength )及材料本身對徑抗張強度( diametral tensile stress )的影響。 試樣包括 :分別添加 0%、2% 及 5% 氟化鈉於化學聚合型及光聚合型無填料樹脂。用萬用拉力機測試 材料與牛牙釉質間斷裂力量及抗張黏著強度。另以直徑 6mm 厚 1mm 之模具製作圓形試樣, 以萬用機器施以垂直壓力,測其斷裂力量後計其對徑抗張強度。測試結果顯示:添加 2% 氟 化鈉之無填料複合樹脂對牛牙釉質之抗張黏著強度之平均值有增加;添加 5% 氟化鈉者,則 與牛牙釉質之抗張黏著強度略有減少,但均無顯著意義( p>0.05 )。對徑抗張強度亦無顯 著影響( p>0.05 )。 由本研究得知,本實驗所添加氟化鈉之量不會對無填料 Bis-GMA 樹 脂之此兩項性質產生不良影響。 |
英文摘要 | Fluoride enriched unfilled Bis-GMA resin used for occlusal caries prevention can be beneficial to both pit-fissures and adjacent smooth surfaces. However, whether adding fluoride to the resin will affect some physical properties of the resin needs to be studied. The purposes of this study was to explore the changes of diametral tensile stress and tensile bonding strength of this resin to bovine enamel after enriching with sodium fluoride (NaF). The fluoride enriched specimens were prepared by adding 0%, 2% and 5%w/w of NaF, respectively, to both chemically-cured and light-cured unfilled Bis-GMA resins. The tensile bonding strength of the prepared resin material to bovine enamel was then tested. Specimens of the prepared resin 1 mm thick and 6 mm in diameter were prepared. Diametral tensile stress was also tested. The test of physical properties' after adding NaF showed that there was no significant changes in tensile bonding strength to the bovine enamel surface or diametral tensile stress of the material itself. |
