中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在評估某些感光劑及還原劑對樹脂材料產生聚合反應之效果。所使 用之材料包括感光劑 Camphoroquinone(CQ), Acenaphthene quinonc(AQ), Thiophenol(TP) 三種,及還原劑 N.N-Dimethyl aminoethyl dimethacrylate(DMAEMA) zinc N-ethyl-Nphenyl dithiocarbamate(ZEPT), N.N.-Di(β -hydroxy ethyl) P-toluidine(DHET) 三種,另樹脂材料包括 Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(3G) 與 Urethane dimethacrylate(UDMA) 二種。光源照射器則採用美國 3M 公司產品 Visilux-2。實驗步驟為:首先將兩種樹脂材料依 3G30 wt%+UDMA70 % 之比例 互相混合後,測其感光劑與還原劑之添加量對硬化深度的影響。於去除聚合不良之組成條件 後,再依 ADA 規格第 19 號所述方法製作及測試材料之對徑抗張強度 (diametral tensile strength), 然後再以同法製作標本但以不同條件測其抗壓強度 (compresive strength)。 實驗結果顯示:三種感光劑中以 CQ 之效果最好,AQ 其次,TP 則在同一條件下不產生反應 。 而三種還原劑之添加效果則以 DMAEMA 之效果最好,其次為 DHET 及 ZEPT。對徑抗張強 度之測試結果顯示在 0.1 ∼ 0.3wt% 之添加範圍內兩者之強度相差不多, 但整體比較時仍 以 CQ 較好,壓縮強度則 CQ 明顯的比 AQ 好很多,且強度與添加量成正比例關係。綜合實 驗結果所得之結論為: 各種感光劑材料之最佳組合條件以 0.4 wt% 之 CQ 配 0.4wt%DAEMA 最理想。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the effect of some photoinitiators and reducing agents on the polymerization of resin materials. The materials used include photointiators Camphoroquinone(CQ), Acenapthene quinone(AQ) , Thiophenol(TP), and reducing agents N, N-Dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) , N, N-DI(β -hydroxy ethyl) p-toluidine(DHEP) , Zinc N-ethyl-N-phenyl dithiocarbamate(ZEPT),and resin materials Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(3G) and Urethane dimethacrylate(UDMA). Visilux-2(3M Co.,USA) was used as light-cured unit. All of the materials were mixced each other in different ratios and to first of all evaluate the rerlationship between adding amount and curing depth, and then rule out some less effective composition conditions. In accordance with ADA specification No.19, we prepared the specimens and tested the diametral tensile strength and used the same method to prepare specimens but used different test condition for compressive strength testing. The results revealed that among three photoinitiators CQ had the best quality for initiating polymerization, and for reducing agents DMAEMA was the best. According the result of diametral tensile strength test and compressive strength test, we can conclude that by adding 0.4wt% CQ and DMAEMA into the resin for light cured polymerization was the best condition. |
