中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在究明樹脂材料之黏度是否會影響聚合反應及評估有機 填料之效果,另比較兩種測試方法來確認何者為優。三種不同黏度之樹脂材料 Urethane dimethacrylate(UDMA),Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA)及 2,2 Bis-4-(methacryloxypolyethoxy phenyl) propane(Bis-MPEPP)配以感光劑 Camphoroquinone (CQ),及還原劑 N,N,Dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate (DAEMA)來試作光固化樹脂,然後利用光源照射器Cotolux Ⅱ照射不等之時 間,以觀察各種材料之光聚合硬化深度。 其次以UDMA為基劑配以不等量之TEGDMA或Bis-MPEPP測其對徑抗張 強度以明白其機械性質之變化。另以加熱聚合方式將Aerosil分別加入TEGDMA 或BisMPEPP中,製成有機填料,再分別加入前項樹脂混合液中;並依相同條件 測試其對徑抗張強度與壓縮強度,以究明何種測試方法較適用。實驗之結果顯 示:黏度之高低不影響光聚合反應之效果,其物理性質之好壞仍由材料本身化學 結構來決定。而有機填料之使用對機械強度之增加並無明顯之作用。對複合樹脂 材料而言,測試對徑抗張強度比測抗壓強度更能表現出不同組成與機械性質之關 係。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate if the viscosity of resins have any effect on the polymerization reaction and to evaluate the effect of organic filler, and by comparing two test methods to inspect which one was better.Three kinds of resin materials: Urethane dimethacrylate(UDMA), Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA) and 2,2 Bis-4-(methacryloxypolyethoxy phenyl)propane (BisMPEPP) were used, Camphoroquinone (CQ) and N,N, Dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate(DAEMA) were chosen as photoinitiator to prepare the experimental light cured resins .Their curing depth were tested by using the light curing machine(ColtoluxⅡ) in various radiating time. The diametral tensile strength of UDMA +TEGDMA or UDMA +BisMPEPP resin mixtures were tested in various composition ratios. Aerosil was incorporating into 3G or BisMPEPP and prepared it as organic filler by heat cured method, then mixed the organic filler into the experimental light resin to prepare the specimens of diametral tensile strength and compressive strength test, then tested underthe same condition, to evaluate which test method is more suitable. The results revealed that the viscosity of resinn had no effect on the light cured polymerization, the mechanical strength was decided by the molecular structure. The oganic filler had not remarkable effect on mechanical strength, and the test method of diametral tensile strength was more sensitive than the compressive strength test. |
