中文摘要 | 本文主要探討高性能混凝土(High Performance Concrete, HPC)在受到不同高 溫與延時後其握裹力行為。 本研究所用之高性能混凝土,依據新拌性質坍度達 25 ± 2cm,澆置時不需搗實,且硬固混 凝土抗壓強度達 560kg/cm �揮@為控制。依上述要求,經由試拌來決定一組適當的高性能混 凝土配比,用此配比來製作圓柱試體及握裹力試體以供試驗所需。所有試體製作完成後予以 適當養護,於試體達試驗齡期時再經烘乾與高溫處理,然後進行抗壓試驗與握裹力試驗。 試驗結果顯示:適當的烘乾處理能有效防止高性能混凝土試體在高溫作用下發生爆裂。高性 能混凝土在火害溫度的影響方面, 440 ℃∼ 800 ℃間為抗壓強度與握裹強度的主要折減區 域;在火害延時的影響方面,前 2 小時內為抗壓強度與握裹強度的主要折減區域。 當延時 超過 2 小時且溫度達 700 ℃以上時,高性能混凝土殘餘強度所剩無幾。在握裹破壞模式方 面,當延時超過 3 小時且溫度達 700 ℃以上時,破壞模式由原本的開裂破壞轉變為拉出破 壞。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to investigate the strength and behavior of high performance concrete (HPC) after the concrete is subjected to different high temperatures and duration. To start, trial mixes are designed in order to find a most suitable mix proportion of high performance concrete. This mix is then used to produce specimens for compression and bonding tests. The design of HPC is based on a slump of 25 ± 2cm, no vibration required when placing, and a compressive strength of 560kgf/cm ��. All specimens, after properly cured, are oven-dried. Then they are subjected to a specific high temperature and duration time before testing. Test results show that, splitting of specimens when subjected to high temperature can be prevented by probably oven-drying process. For the effect of high temperature happened in fire hazards, the main reduction range for both the compressive strength and bonding strength happens between 440 ℃ to 880 ℃. For the effect of duration time, the main reduction in strength happens in the first two hours. When duration is over two hours and temperature over 700 ℃, there is not much strength left. When temperature is over 700 ℃ and duration over 3 hours, the failure mode of bonding specimens changed from "splitting failure" to "pull-out failure". |
