中文摘要 | 文獻上有許多種藥劑與方法可被應用來封填牙本質小管開口,然而大部分的治療方式不是無效,就是療效不能持久。在我們先前的研究中發現銣雅鉻雷射可將牙本質小管開口封填,又不會造成牙本質表面的裂紋破壞。本實驗目的是研究銣雅鉻雷射合併去過敏藥物氟化鈉治療牙齒知覺過敏症。三十位身體健康的牙齒知覺過敏症患者參與這項研究,並追蹤三個月。結果銣雅鉻雷射可將牙齒知覺過敏症對空氣的敏感性刺激降低60%,對機械力敏感性刺激降低67%。銣雅鉻雷射合併去過敏藥物氟化鈉可將牙齒知覺過敏症對空氣的敏感性刺激降低78%,對機械力敏感性刺激降低85%。所有的知覺過敏牙齒再三個月後,琪牙髓活性仍正常。結論,銣雅鉻雷射合併去過敏藥物氟化鈉可被建議用來治療牙齒知覺過敏症。 |
英文摘要 | Various agents and methods in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity have been recommended to occlude dentinal tubules. However, most treatments are either ineffective or relatively short-lived. In our previous study indicated that lased dentin surface revealed melted dentin surface and closure of exposed dentinal tubule orifices without cracking lines. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combined effectiveness of Nd: YAG laser with sodium fluoride in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Thirty subjects participated in this study and were followed up for three months. The Nd: YAG laser treatment reduced dentin hypersensitivity to air by 60% and to mechanical stimulus by 67% over three months. The Nd: YAG laser with sodium fluoride treatment reduced dentin hypersensitivity to air by 78% and to mechanical stimulus by 85%. All teeth remained vital after laser treatment, without adverse reactions or complications. |
