中文摘要 | 牙本質過敏症在成年患者中,發生率之高是臨床齒科醫師所公認的。本動物實驗 利用電氣生理學的方法,探討牙本質感受性於去過敏劑處理前後,對機械性探測刺激所產生 的變化。以 10 隻成熟的貓進行實驗,充分麻醉後完成氣管插管及頭部、顎間的固定。然後 ,犬齒齒頸部齒齦緣上方 1mm 處置備齒項側電極;齒冠尖端以樹脂腔 (resin chamber) 固 定成為齒頂測電極, 樹脂腔內的齒冠尖端削除 1mm 使牙本質露出,露出之牙本質經過 37% 磷酸液處理後,進行去過敏劑的置藥。置藥前後皆以尖端球狀的玻璃棒,對齒冠尖端進行齒 髓神經的機械性探測刺激,經由兩測電極記錄齒髓神經的活動電位,利用波動計算器記錄衝 動 (impulse) 數並比較之。結果得之:2% 氟化鈉液 (NaF)、90% 氫氧化鈣糊劑 (Ca(OH) �� ) 及 30% 草酸鉀液 (K �� C �� O �� ) 等三種去過敏劑中, 祇有 30% 草酸鉀液效果最為 顯著, 置藥後之衝動數降低至置藥前的 3.03 ± 3.07 %; 至於 2% 氟化鈉液僅降低至 82.82 ± 4.93%;90% 氫氧化鈣則為 45.15 ± 5.82%。 三種去過敏劑中任何兩組間的比較 ,都具有統計學上顯著性的差異存在 (d.f.=1,p<0.001)。 經由以上結果得知:30% 草酸鉀 液對牙本質過敏症的處理,可能具有療效。 |
英文摘要 | Dentin hypersensitivity is frequently seen in adult patients visiting dental clinics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of three desensitizing agents (2% sodium fluoride solution, 90% calcium hydroxide paste and 30% potassium oxalate solution ) on exposed cat dentin surface, A mechanical probe was applied to the exposed cat dentin surface before and after the application of the above desensitizing agents and the impulsed recorded. The canines of 10 cats were used in this study. The results were obtained as follows:the three desensitizing agents were dressed to the etched dentin surface, and the tooth pulp nerve activities evoked by mechanical stimulation were recorded. The etched cat dentin surface dressed with 30% potassium oxalate solution demonstrated a significantly lower sensitivity to mechanical probing than that dressed with either 2% sodium fluoride solution or 90% calcium hydroxide paste. |
