中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在討論牙科臨床所使用光聚合型複合樹脂之組成與強度之關係,並 尋求其最佳組成條件。於本實驗中所使用之材料包括 Bisphenol A glycidyl methacrylate (Bis GMA), Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (3G), Urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) 三種樹脂材料, 並以感光劑 Champhoroquinone (CQ) 還原劑 N, N, dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate (DAEMA) 為反應開始劑,光源照射器則使用美國 Coltene 公司 產之 Cotolux II 照射器,將上述材料依不同比例混合並照光使硬化後,分別測試其機械性 值。所得結果顯示:於本實驗所用之反應開始劑以添加 0.05wt% 為最理想,照射時間則 90 秒以上可得穩定效果,另外樹脂之組成以 UDMA80wt% +3G20wt% 之條件最佳,至於填料之添 加則於少量時對徑抗張強度增加,多量時則強度反而減小。由本實驗之結果得知複合樹脂之 物理性質並不因各種組成物含量之增加而增大,添加過量反而會呈減弱之傾向。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship of the composition of light-cured composite resin and its mechanical strength. The materials used include Bisphenol A glycidyl methacrylate (BisGMA), Triethylene Glycol dimethacrylate (3G), and photoinitiator α -Champhoroquinone (CQ), and accelerator N,N, dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate (DAEMA), colloidal silica Aerosil R972 and Sioz powder asd filler. Cotolux-II (Coltene)was used as light-cured unit. All of the materials were mixed each other with different ratio and evaluated mechanical propertis after cured. The results of the experiment showed that ooptimal curing condition is is 0.05Wt% of photoinitiator and 90 seconds or more of curing time, and optimal composition ratio of resin is 3G20Wt%+UDMA80%, And the diametral tensile strength of the material incrased and then decreased as the addition of the filler in the resin increased. In summary, the physical properties of composite resin is not always improved by adding filler. on the contrary, overadding of the filler reduced the mechanical strength of the resin. To obtain an optimal physical properties of composite resin, a detailed evaluation of each component and composition of the resin is required. |
