中文摘要 | 稻穀在不同含水率與落下高度之條件時,其流動落下所產生的音壓強度值(SPL) 也隨之不同。 本研究探討稻穀含水率與稻穀落下高度對等量連續音波位準值 (Leq) 之關係 , 進而求得稻穀含水率對稻穀落下高度及 Leq 值間的迴歸方程式,以做為線上、即時量測 之連續式音波稻穀水份計之量測基礎。 此研究之稻穀落下高度範圍為 250mm 至 550mm,稻 穀含水率範圍為 12.64 %至 25.32 %。賞驗結果顯示,Leq 值與稻穀落下高度及稻穀含水 率有顯著相關。 實驗所得到之數換,以 Leq 值對稻穀落下高度及稻穀含水率進行多重迴歸 分析,以建立兩組模式,間接模式以 Leq 價為隨變數,含水率 (MC) 與高度 (H) 為自變數 。 建立之迴歸方程式再以代數法求得 MC 之預測公式。 直接模式則直接以 MC 為隨變數, Leq 與 H 為自變數,直接建立預測公式。 另外與建立模式之數換彼此獨立之量測數按對稻 穀含水率預測模式進行驗証。間接模式之平均絕對誤差價 (Dave) 小於直接模式,且間接模 式之平均相對誤差比率 (Eper 值 ) 較直接模式趨近於 0。此研究結果利用自行設計的連續 式音波稻穀水份計,以等量連續音波位準與稻穀落下高度之含水率之預測模式對稻穀含水率 有良好預測能力,Leq 值的量測技術可應用於線上、即時的稻穀含水率量測。 |
英文摘要 | The value of sound pressure level (SPL) resulted from the continuous flowing rice grains varies with the moisture content and the flow dropping height. The relationship among the moisture content of rice kernels, the flow droping height and the equivalent continuous sound pressure level (Leq) was established by regression analysis technique in this research. The regression equation then was served as the foundation of the measurement tor the on-line, real-time and continuous acoustic rice grain moistur e meter. The rice grain flow dropping height was ranged from 250 mm to 550 mm, and the rice grain moisture content was ranged from 12.64% to 25.32%. The result of this study indicatedthat Leq values have significant relationship with the flow dropping height andmoisture content. Two prediction models were established. For the indirect model, Leq values were served as dependent variables, moisture content and dropping height values were served as independent variables to establish the regression model. The pr ediction equation of MC then was transformed by the algebra formula from the regression model. For the direct model, MC values were adopted as dependent variables, Leq and dropping height values were served as independent variables. The prediction equation of MC then be established directly by regression technique. The validation data independent with the data sets for model established were used to compare the predictive performance of two models. The average absolute errors (Dave) of indirect model we re lower than those of direct model. The average relative percentage error values (Eper) of indirect model were more close to zero than those of direct model. The predictive performance of indirect model was superior to direct model. By the results of this research,. the measurement of the Leq for rice grain could be applied on the on-line. real-time, in-situ measurement of the rice moisture content. |
