中文摘要 | 為了進行稻穀水分計的性能檢家,必須製作具有不同含水率的稻穀,以作為檢測之 參考物質。此種稻穀稱為標準稻穀。在標準稻穀製作程序中,加濕稻穀樣本必需添加一定水 量並與稻穀均勻混合。本研究製作稻穀混合初基機以進行加濕稻殼於樣本容器內均勻混合作 業,並探討轉動方式與轉速對均勻性之影響。結果顯示以垂直方式迴轉樣本容器,轉速 35.2rpm,迴轉時間2分鐘以上可得到良好的均勻性。混合作業後以烘箱法量測容器內各位置 的稻殼含水率,結果顯示均勻性能良好。 |
英文摘要 | In order to execute the performance test for moisture meters of rough rice, standard rice samples must be manufactured to serve as reference materials. According the standard procedures of manufactures for rough rice. Rewetting materials were produced by mixed dried grains with a fixed value of water uniformly. In this study, a prototype of grain mixing machinery was constructed to mix the water and grains at the rewetting process. The effect of rotating direction and velocity on the uniform was compared. The results indicated the optimum conditions for mixing were vertical direction. Rotating speed is 35.2rpm. Required time is more than two minutes. After mixing, the moisture contents of grains at various locations were measure by oven-dry methods. The consistent of moisture content proved the uniformly mixing ability for this prototype mixing machinery. |
