中文摘要 | 此研究探討稻穀在薄層乾燥狀態下平衡含水率之適用性。乾燥過程所能得到之最 後含水率被視為乾燥公式之一常數。因此包括二指數函數之模式,轉換為非線性公式。此新 參數稱為動態平衡含水率 (Mde)。 利用稻穀薄層乾燥試驗之含水率與乾燥時間之數據,Mde 值可由非線性迴歸技術求得。此非線性模式對試驗數據以符合性有顯著改良。在低相對濕度 範圍,Mde 值高於利用傳統 EMC 公式所得 Me 值。以 GAB 模式計算所之單層水份值可做為 Mde 值之極限值。利用 EMC 模式所得之 Me 值在乾燥作業之適用性需要修正。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the final moisture content was assumed as a parameter of the thin-layer drying model, and then the two-term exponential model was tranformed as a nonlinear equation. The new parameter was called as dynamic equilibrium moisture content (DEMC or Mde). From the experimental results of drying data (moisture vs. time) for rough rice, the Mde values were calculated by nonlinear regression analysis technique. The fitting-agreement of experimental data for thin-layer drying equation was improved significantly. The Mde values were higher han the EMC values at the lower relative humidity range. The monolayer moisture value calculated by GAB equation was considered as the limited range for Mde values. The concept of the EMC values to be the final moisture content for drying operation need to be modified. |
