中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討亞熱帶氣侯下榖倉通風影響稻榖吸濕與回潮的程度。試驗倉為 台灣中部榖倉貯榖量為1,000公噸,經過一年半的貯藏,經常通風榖倉榖溫較不常通風榖倉 約低3∼5℃。通風倉榖物含水率介於11.8%和12.5%之間,不常通風榖倉含水率則介於11.0 %和12.2%之間。統計分析上,通風作業對控制貯榖含水率的影響具有顯著性。在一環控環 境內利用0.69公尺高圓簡模擬通風影響榖物吸濕與回潮的程度,結果顯示,在通風40小時 之內榖物和空氣之間的水分交換率極為顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research project was to study the effect of forced aeration on moisture sorption and desorption of stored paddy under subtropical environment. A 1,000 tons paddy warehouse loacted in central Taiwan was investigated in this study. After one and half years storage period, ther paddy temperature found in the intensive aeration bin was maintained at 3-5℃ below the less aeration bin. The moisture content were between 11.8% and 12.5% in the aeration bin; and 11% and 12.2% in less aeration bin. The aeration treatment was found statistically significant in controlling paddy moisture. Simulated air conditions were generated in a control air chamber to study the rates of sorption and desorption of paddy in an aerated column of 0.69m in heihgt. It showed that the moisture exchange rate between the grain and air was significant within the 40 hours after aeration. |
