中文摘要 | 本研究針對臺灣地區前六百大製造業內純中資之紡織業的領導型態與企業文化作 一實證研究。國內外對於領導型態與企業文化的結合性實証研究相當稀少。 研究得到如下結論: ( 1 )中高階主管、基層主管、大專以上非主管、高中以下非主管四 種職位階層所感到之領導型態無顯著差異。 ( 2 )四種職位階層之企業次文化無顯著差異 , 顯示紡識業在面臨經營環境異常艱困之處境下,反而發展出相當強勢的企業文化。 ( 3 )在不同領導型態下之企業次文化彼此間之差異性極高,顯示領導型態對於企業文化之影響 極大,甚至遠比職位階層之影響來得高。 ( 4 )女性上司之體恤領導型態顯著高於男性上 司,顯示女性上司特有的領導風格。 ( 5 )上司性別對於企業文化之影響相當大,而且女 性上司較易塑造良性的文化,男性上司則較易形成負面的文化。 ( 6 )領導型態會隨職位 階層之不同而有所差異,中高階主管與大專以上非主管宜採取高體恤領導型態,基層主管與 高中以下非主管則宜採取高結構領導型態,如此可增強良性的企業文化,並降低負面的企業 文化。 |
英文摘要 | This research will do a comparative study of leadership styles and corporate cultures of textile industry in top 600 manufacturing firms in Taiwan. The researches about the comparison of leadership styles and corporate cultures are rarely seen. The empirical research results show that: (1) The leadership style of four position levels (including top and middle managers, supervisors, non-managers with colledge, and non-managers with less colledge) are similar. (2) The subcultures of four position levels are similar, which reveals that the textile industry has a strong culture. (3) The subcultures of four leadership styles (including high consideration high initiating structure, high consideration low initiating structure, low consideration high initiating structure, and low consideration low initiating structure, are significantly different. (4) The consideration leadership style of female-boss is significantly higher than that of man-boss. (5) The corporate subcultures between man-boss and female-boss are significantly different. (6) The leadership styles of four position levels are different. Top and middle managers and non-managers with colledge should take high consideration leadership style, but supervisors and non-managers with less colledge should take high initiating leadership style. |
