中文摘要 | 本研究對臺灣地區前六百大製造業內純中資之資訊業、鋼鐵業、及紡織業等三個 性質不同產業之領導型態、企業文化之差異作一比較性實證研究。 國內外對於不同產業之領 導型態與企業文化比較之實證研究極為罕見。本研究得到如下結論:(1) 在影響企業文化之 諸多變項中,領導型態為最重要之關鍵變項,其次為產業類別,再次為職位階層;(2) 高結 構領導型態會造成同質性的企業文化;(3) 資訊、鋼鐵、紡織三產業所採取的領導型態極為 類似,而且均分別具有極高的均質性;(4) 紡織業之文化異質性高於資訊業與鋼鐵業。 |
英文摘要 | This research will do a comparative study of leadership styles and corporate cultures of Taiwan firms among information, steel, and textile industries in top 600 manufacturing firms in Taiwan. The researches about the comparison of leadership styles and corporate cultures among different industries are rarely seen. This emperical research results show that:(1) Among the variables which affect corporate cultures, leadership style is indeed the msot improtant variable. The second and the third improtant variables are industry and position level. (2) The leadership style of high initiating structure can create homogeneous corporate culture. (3) The leadership styles of Information, steel, and textile industries are similar and respectively homogeneous. (4)The homogeneity of textile industrial culture is below that of information or steel industrial culture. |
