中文摘要 | 考慮凸輪-連桿機構兩迴轉對偶與滾子-導槽間有間隙,依對偶元素間呈接觸、分離與衝擊三種狀態,分別推導動力方程式,求得搖動力與搖動力矩。以對偶元素間作用力方向改變或間隙角之急劇變化判別發生分離;在分離狀態下,以對偶元素間之相對位移關係判別發生衝擊之位置,得知在衝擊位置之搖動力與搖動力矩呈峰值狀態。其次在不同桿上加配重與彈簧(拉伸與扭力彈簧),做搖動力與搖動力矩平衡,機構之動力特性因之改善,並以彈簧-配重配衡做各固定軸承作用力平衡,比較其結果。 |
英文摘要 | The dynamic equations of the optimum cam-link mechanism with clearances during contact, contact loss and impact between the pair elements, two revolute pairs and roller-cam pair, are derived; and the shaking force and shaking moment are investigated. The position of contact loss occurs at the change in the direction of contact forces between the roller-cam pair elements and the sudden changes in clearance angles of the revolute pair. The positions of impact are found by the magnitude of the relative displacement between the pair elements; and the peak values of shaking force and shaking moment exist at the impact position. By applying multiobjective optimization via torsion and extension springs as well as counterweight balance, the peak values of shaking force and shaking moment are eliminated. The dynamic behaviors of the mechanism are improved, and the dynamic output error of the mechanism reduced. Similarly the frame bearing force balancing is performed, and the results are compared with that of the shaking force and shaking moment balancing. |
