中文摘要 | 本文先做有間隙行星齒輪五桿暫停機構之動力解析。以赫茲定律推導 小齒輪-內齒輪之嚙合齒對的剛度與變形量,並分析嚙合齒對間剛性與摩擦係數 的變化。考慮迴轉對偶之間隙、嚙合齒對之背隙,分為接觸、分離與碰撞三種狀 態,推導動力方程式,做電腦模擬得知合成時考慮運動特性之機構對偶分離、衝 擊較少,對偶作用力較小。其次以彈簧-配重平衡法做間隙平衡與搖動力、搖動 力矩平衡,用拼合齒輪加裝扭力彈簧使嚙合齒對間維持接觸,在不同桿上加裝拉 伸與扭力彈簧使迴轉對偶元素間維持接觸,並於輸入與輸出桿上加配重以降低搖 動力與搖動力矩,得知最佳機構所需之配重與彈簧常數較小,配衡後對偶作用力 也較小。 |
英文摘要 | Dynamic analysis is performed first for the mechanisms synthesized in Part 1, with backlash and clearances. According to Hertzian Law, the stiffness during contact of a pair of gear teeth is derived, and the variation of stiffness and coefficient of friction is introduced into pinion -internal gear meshing model to linearize the nonlinear terms caused by the friction on each revolute pair. The kinematic and dynamic equations during contact, contact loss and impact between the pair elements with backlash and clearances are derived individually. The result shows that the optimum mechanism has less numbers of impacts and lower joint acting forces than that of the poor mechanism. Next, the optimum balancing of the mechanism is obtained by the springs and counterweights. The gear teeth maintain contact by using the split gears with a torsion spring and the revolute pair elements do by an extension spring and a torsion spring imposed on individual links. The counterweights are imposed on the input and output links to reduce the shaking force and shaking moment of the mechanism. The results show that the optimum mechanism needs less amount of couterwieghts and smaller spring constant than that of the poor one. |
