英文摘要 | The dynamic effect of an RSSC mechanism with clearances in the spherical joint and the cylindric pair is anzlyzed first. The spherical coordinates are applied to define the spatial clearance vector of the spherical joint. The polynomial method for the revolute joint with clearance using for the planar linkage is applied to the spherical joint and the cylindric pair with clearances in the spatial mechanism, and the positions of contact loss and impact in the joints are found. Next, an extension spring is imposed on the coupler and a counterweight is imposed on the input link to improve the dynamic characteristic of the mechanism. The multi-objective function as well as the interior penalty method is applied to eliminate contact loss in the joints, and the results of the counterweight-spring balancing and that of the spring balancing are compared. the dynamic behavior of the mechanism is improved, and the dynamic output error of the mechanism is greatly reduced. |
