英文摘要 | The dynamic effect of an optimum cam-link mechanism with clearances between the pairing elements, cam-roller and revolute pairs, is analyzed. The locations of contact loss and impact between the pairing elements are determined by the magnitude and normal (or radial) direction of the contact force as well as the magnitude of the relative displacement between the elements. To improve the dynamic characteristic of the mechanism, a torsional and an extension springs are respectively imposed on two links of the above mechanism with clearances. The interior penalty method is applied to obtain the optimum counter-balancing by the springs. After balancing, contact loss between pairing elements is eliminated; the input torque fluctuation and the dynamic output error Err of the mechanism are reduced. Also the mechanism with high pressure angle and poor transmission properties is analyzed and balanced; and after balancing, its maximum input torque and maximum Err are respectively increased to 3.83 and 4.0 times that of the optimum mechanism. |
