中文摘要 | 熱軋振動輥痕係四階第二熱軋產線加入生產行列後,新發現之缺陷,因賣相不佳 遭到客戶抱怨與訴賠,廠內亦遭剔退達每月數千噸之多。國外鋼廠在振動輥痕的報導,都偏 重於冷軋振動輥痕的成因與改善,但熱軋廠的報導相當少,幸賴中鋼振動小組人員鍥而不捨 的努力下, 經多項及多次反覆測試, 找出振動輥痕的主因為工輥軸承箱性不足,及下背輥 change sled 設計不良所致。 同時操人員依據中鋼自行開發線上監診系統,發展出振動頻譜特徵判斷及處置、振動趨勢圖 ,並對軋機間隙進行嚴密管控,有效地壓抑振動輥痕的發生。 |
英文摘要 | Chatter mark is a new defect of hot rolled product, when No.2 HSM joined in production from Dec.1997. The alternating bright and dark streaks appearing on the strip surface, lead to customer's complaints in the application for coated parts of can body and household appliance. Many papers have analyzed and suggested the improving methd of chattering problem of cold strip mill, but few for hot strip mill. The hot rolled strip chatter mark is difficult to identify immediately during finishing mill rolling. The chatter mark task force have been testing and analyzing the cause of mill chattering, and finally get the conclusion are as follows: 1. Strip chatter mark are mainly causeed by (1) the inadequate stiffness of work roll chock and bearing. (2) the inadequate stiffness of bottom back up roll change sled. 2.Tight mill gap control is effective to reduce mill chattering The On-line Monitoring system has been installed and operated in No.2 HSM, which is a important tool for improving mill chattering. We have developed the chattering spectrum characteristic to judge and treat the defeat caused by work roll and back up roll. And apply vibration trending for mill gap wear detection. Finally we successfully control the mill chattering and reduce the chatter mark rejection to a minimum. |
