中文摘要 | 本文先做機構之動力解析。以赫茲應力推導齒對嚙合剛度,並將剛度變化加入齒 條-齒輪嚙合模式中;當雙齒對嚙合時,接觸剛度為單齒對嚙合時的兩倍。考慮迴轉對偶與 齒條-齒輪嚙合齒間分別有間隙與背隙,分為接觸、分離與衝擊三種狀態,分別找出其分離 與衝擊位置。齒條往復驅動齒輪,因背隙存在,在極端位置更換齒面驅動的瞬間引起齒對間 之衝擊,加上迴轉對偶元素間之衝擊,產生峰值搖動力與搖動力矩。其次將彈簧負載法與配 重法並用做機構之平衡。彈簧負載法使併合齒輪恆與齒條維持接觸,又因扭力彈簧與配重使 有間隙迴轉對偶元素間緊貼,維持固定角度區間之相對運動;齒對與迴轉對偶元素間之分離 與衝擊因而消除,搖動力與搖動力矩降低,機構之動力特性得以改善。 |
英文摘要 | Dynamic analysis is performed for an optimum rack-and-pinion mechanism with clearance and backlash, respectively, in revolute pair and gear teeth. According to Hertzian stress, the stiffness during the contact of a pair of gear teeth is derived, and the variation of stiffness is introduced into the rack-and-pinion meshing model. When two pairs of teeth are in contact, the stiffness is considered to be twice the single pair of contact teeth. Due to backlash in the gear teeth, impact between contact teeth must occur at the extreme positions where the driving rack reverses directions. The positions of contact-loss and impact during contact, contact-loss and impact between the pair elements will be determined. Impacts which result from the presence of backlash and clearance cause peak values of shaking force and shaking moment. Next, the optimum balancing of the mechanism is obtained by the spring-loaded gears and counterweight balancing. By applying the torsion spring, the split gears and the rack maintain in contact; and by the counterweights and the said torsion spring, the elements of clearance revolute pair keep in contact within a stable region during motion. The contact-loss and impact between pairing elements may be eliminated, and shaking force and shaking moment of the mechanism may be reduced. The dynamic behaviors of the mechanism are improved. |
