中文摘要 | 以實車量測的方式配合基本結構動態理論討論機車引擎運轉之振動傳遞特性,整車結構模態振型興引擎搖動力兩者之間的關係對振動環境的影響是本篇論文的主題。由模態測試建立以模態頻率及振型為基礎的結構振動控制方程式,再由振動方程式與引擎運轉之振動環境的量測結果反向判定引擎搖動力的大小與力向。實車量測結果與解析說明引擎本體之擺動方向與搖動力之進動方向的相對改變可以戲劇化改變車型的振動環境。 |
英文摘要 | Studying the effects of the relation between structural mode shape and direction of engine's shaking force on motorcycle's vibration is the subject of this paper. The studying method is based on test in association with the structural dynamic theory. From measuring of motorcycle's vibration and using a set of vibrational equations, which are built into modal form by modal testing, engine's shaking force magnitude and direction can be identified. Results show that structural vibration can be dramatically decreased by changing the angle between the forcing direction of engine shaking and the oscillating direction of engine in structural mode. |
