中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討自我監控力在情緒勞務管理中的角色及與其他工作和個人特徵之關聯性,透過問卷的方式調查在臺的國內外航空公司之會計人員、維修工程師、空中小姐、業務人員、督導等職位共185位航空業的員工。研究結果主要發現,擔任不同情緒勞務的工作者間之績效或心理健康並無顯著差異之現象,但在高情緒勞務工作者中,不論工作年資長短,其自我監控力與自評之績效均有顯著之正相關;另外,工作年資一年以上者之自我監控力與其缺乏成就感程度有顯著之負相關。針對研究結果,本文有進一步的討論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to examine the application of self-monitoring for emotional management in service industry and its relations with other personal characteristics and outcomes of organizational behavior. One hundred and eighty-five employees of airline service companies were surveyed, including accounants, amintaining engineers, stewards, and administrative staffs and supervisors, etc.. No significant difference of performance and burnout between employees of high and low emtional labor was found. But, it was found that, no matter how long they worked, self-monitoring was positively related with self-rating perfromance in those high emotional labor employees. It was also found that, within those who working for more than one years, self-monitoring was negatively related with the feeling of lacking achievement in the high emotional labor group. Further discussion and suggestions were followed. |
