| 中文摘要 | 本實驗的目的在固定油脂p/s比為1.2及n-6/n-3比為5.0情況下,探討高量和低量單不飽和脂肪酸對大白鼠血清及肝臟脂肪酸組成之影響。實驗採用出生後28天雄性S.D.大白鼠,隨機分為四組,分別餵食含低量單不飽和脂肪酸(LM)或高量單不飽和脂肪酸(HM)及前述添加1膽固醇之飼料四星期,其中油脂占10(w/w)。結果顯示經四週之飼育,血清及肝臟的磷脂質及膽固醇酯的脂肪酸組成方面,不論飼料中是否添加膽固醇以HM組的18:1(n-9)均較LM組者高,而有較低的18:2(n-6)、20:4(n-6)及P/S比值,此種差異在肝臟的膽固醇酯更具顯著;同時添加膽固醇組亦會顯著提高18:1(n-9)、P/S及n-6/n-3比值,而降低24:4 (n-6)之含量。單不飽和脂肪酸與膽固醇對血清及肝臟膽固醇酯的20:4(n-6)及P/S比值有交互作用。可見當固定P/S及n-6/n-3比值於理想值時,飲食單不飽和脂肪酸組成仍會反應於組織中,單不飽和脂肪酸與膽固醇會減少組織中多不飽和脂肪酸的含量。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different content of monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) in diets under fixed P/S and n-6/n-3ratios on fatty acid composition of serum and liver in rats. The male Sprague Dawley rats aged 28 days were divided into 4 groups, fed the diet containing low monounsaturated fatty acid (LM) or high monounsaturated fatty acid (HM)either with or without 1 cholesterol for 4 weeks. The experimental diets contained 10 (w/w) fat. Fatty acid composition of phospholipid and cholesterolester in serum and liver showed that the level of 18:l(n-9) in the HM groupswere significantly higher than those of LM groups, while 18:2(n-6), 20:4(n-6) andP/S ratio were lower, those differences were more significantly in liver cholesterol ester. When 1 cholesterol was added to the diets, 20:4(n-6) decreased,but 18:1(n-9), P/S and n-6/n-3 ratio increased. MUFA and cholesterol had interaction for the levels of 20:4(n-6) and P/S ratio in serum or liver cholesterol ester.It appears that MUFA diets under fixed P/S and n-6/n-3 ' ratios was reflect onthe fatty acid composition of serum and liver. MUFA and cholesterol supplementation reduced polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) in these tissues. |
