中文摘要 | 本研究採用球墨鑄鐵為基材,首先使用無電鍍鎳(Electroless nickel, EN)作為中介層,然後再利用陰極電弧沉積技術分別披覆CrN及TiN薄膜為外層,以形成CrN/EN與TiN/EN兩種雙層鍍膜,另亦披覆CrN與TiN單層膜做為比較組。各鍍膜型態與結構進一步被分析,且在3.5wt.%NaCl溶液進行極化腐蝕試驗,作為探討CrN/EN與TiN/EN兩種雙層膜及CrN與TiN兩種單層膜對球墨鑄鐵耐蝕性之影響。實驗結果顯示:EN中介層明顯地增加CrN及TiN對基材的附著性,而且可降低鍍膜表面粗度。另外,EN中介層可阻隔3.5wt.%NaCl腐蝕溶液的侵蝕基材,使得球墨鑄鐵耐蝕性明顯改善,其中又以CrN/EN雙層膜的表現最佳。球墨鑄鐵耐蝕性的比較趨勢如下:CrN/EN-DI>TiN/EN-DI>CrN-DI>TiN-DI>DI。 |
英文摘要 | Ductile iron (DI) was adopted as the substrates in this study. First, electroless nickel (EN) was coated on the DI substrates as an interlayer, and then the two CrN and TiN films were separately deposited as outer-layer via cathodic arc deposition (CAD) technology. For a comparison, both the single-layer films of CrN and TiN were also prepared through the CAD method. Coating morphology and structure were further analyzed, and polarization corrosion tests were performed in 3.5wt.% NaCl solution. The study aimed to explore the effect of CrN/EN and TiN/EN double-layer coatings as well as CrN and TiN single-layer coatings on corrosion resistance of ductile iron. The experimental results showed that the use of EN interlayer could not only increase the adhesion between substrate and solution, but also decrease their coating roughness. In addition, the EN interlayer retarded corrosion solution into the substrate directly, so that the corrosion resistance of ductile iron significantly improved. Particularly, CrN/EN double-layer coating had the best performance in corrosion resistance. Consequently, the tendency of corrosion resistance in turns is CrN/EN-DI>TiN/EN-DI>CrN-DI>TiN-DI>DI. |
