中文摘要 | 本研究利用精密鑄造方式生產有無添加鉻元素之兩種鎳抗球墨鑄鐵,然後探討其硬度、拉伸、磨耗及極化行為,以了解2wt.%Cr對鎳抗球墨鑄鐵機械及腐蝕性質之影響,並進一步與ASTM A439之D2材質作一比較。實驗結果顯示:添加2wt.%Cr可提高沃斯田鐵基球墨鑄鐵之硬度(138→153 BHN)與抗拉強度(377→459 MPa)、降低摩擦係數(0.46→0.42)及在3.5wt.%NaCl溶液中有較佳之耐蝕性。此外,本實驗以精密鑄造方式所製作之含2wt.%Cr鎳抗球墨鑄鐵與D2材質雖有類似的化學組成,但卻有較高的抗拉強度(459 vs. 400 MPa)與伸長率(10.4 vs. 8.0 %)。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, two types of austenitic ductile iron with and without 2wt.% Cr addition were produced by investment casting process. Hardness, tensile, wear, and polarization tests were performed to understand the effect of 2wt.% Cr addition on the mechanical and corrosion properties of the austenitic ductile irons. In addition, the afore-mentioned properties of both experimental irons were compared with those of D2 alloy of ASTM-A439 specification. The results show that adding 2wt.% Cr to the austenitic ductile iron can increase hardness (138→153 BHN) and tensile strength (377→459 MPa), and reduce friction coefficient (0.46→0.42) as well as improve corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Furthermore, the experimental iron containing 2% Cr exhibits the better tensile strength (459 vs. 400 MPa) and elongation (10.4 vs. 8.0 %) as compared to D2 material with the similar chemical composition. |
