| 中文摘要 | 沃斯回火延性鑄鐵(Austempered ductile iron, ADI)因具有高強度、高韌性及低成本等優點,是相當有應用潛力的工程材料。唯ADI受限於回火溫度(Ms-450℃),故無法使用傳統高溫表面處裡來改善性質。因此本研究利用陰極電弧沉積(Cathodic arc deposition, CAD)CrTiAlN及無電鍍鎳(EN)雙重低溫製程對ADI基材進行表面改質,然後進一步分析不同製程的鍍膜特性(包括結構、粗糙度及附著性等)及進行ADI鍍膜前後之極化(3.5%NaCl)與浸泡(10%HCl、10%H2SO4)腐蝕實驗,以探討CrTiAlN/EN複合膜對ADI耐蝕性之影響。實驗結果顯示:ADI經此雙重低溫表面處理後,並不會劣化內部的沃斯肥粒體顯微結構。有ENI為中介層的CrTiAlN複合膜不但可降低鍍膜表面粗糙度(Ra值)、提高鍍膜附著性及表面硬度,而且可明顯地改善在氯化鈉(NaCl)、鹽酸(HCl)及硫酸(H2SO4)等腐蝕環境之耐蝕性。 |
| 英文摘要 | Because of its high strength, high toughness, and low cost, austempered ductile iron (ADI) is a quite promising engineering material. However, any surface treatment with high processing temperature may not be suitable for ADI due to a limitation of the austempering temperature (Ms-450℃). Thus, the study utilized electroless nickel (EN) and cathodic arc deposition (CAD) technologies, with the known advantage of low processing temperature, to treat the ADI substrate. Then, the coating properties (such as structure, roughness, and adhesion) were analyzed as well as the polarization tests (3.5%NaCl), immersion tests (10%HCl, 10%H2SO4) were performed for exploring the corrosion-resistance of CrTiAlN/EN duplex coating ADI. The results showed that the unique microstructure of ADI did not deteriorate after EN and CAD treatments. The CrTiAlN coating with EN interlayer not only reduced coating roughness (Ra value), raised the coating adhesion and hardness, but also had an evident improvement on corrosion-resistance of ADI in the corrosion atmosphere (NaCl, HCl, and H2SO4 ). |
