中文摘要 | 本研究主要是以複合式表面製程來處理延性鑄鐵,即先利用無電鍍鎳(EN)作為中介層,再使用陰極電弧沉積(CAD)法披覆(Ti, Al, Zr)N薄膜,然後進一步分析鍍膜形態及結構,並執行試片鍍膜前後之極化與浸蝕試驗,以瞭解此複合鍍膜對延性鑄鐵腐蝕行為之影響。由實驗結果顯示EN為非晶質結構且(Ti, Al, Zr)N為TiAlN/ZrN多層膜形態;延性鑄鐵經單一EN或(Ti, Al, Zr,)N鍍膜試片皆較未鍍膜試片有較佳的耐蝕性,其中又以EN/(Ti, Al, Zr)N複合鍍膜條件不但可增加鍍膜附著性,而且更可明顯地改善延性鑄鐵的耐蝕性。 |
英文摘要 | This study utilized electroless nickel (EN) and cathodic are deposition (CAD) technologies to treat the ductile iron substrates. That is, EN was first used as an interlayer, and then (Ti, Al, Zr)N film was deposited as the out-layer by using a CAD method. Coating morphology and structure were analyzed as well as polarization and immersion tests were also performed for understanding the effects of the duplex coatings on corrosion behavior of ductile iron. The results showed that EN is an amorphous structure while the (Ti, Al, Zr)N film is a multilayer type. iron after the monolithic EN or CAD-(Ti, Al, Zr)N coating treatment has better corrosion resistance as compared to uncoated one. In particular, the condition of EN/(Ti, Al, Zr)N duplex coatings could not only increase the adhesion, but also evidently improve corrosion resistance of the ductile iron. |
