中文摘要 | 本研究以含Cu(1 wt.%)之延性鑄鐵,經過熱處理後形成沃斯回火延性鑄鐵(ADI)並以此做為基材,分別或雙重施以電弧披覆(Cr,Zr)N薄膜與無電鍍鎳(EN)表面處理,然後利用SEM、XRD及TEM進行鍍膜形態觀察與結構分析、採用奈米壓痕檢測鍍膜硬度(H)與彈性係數(E),以及進行Ball-on-disk磨耗試驗,以瞭解(Cr,Zr)N電弧鍍膜與無電鍍鎳對此含銅ADI磨耗行為之影響。實驗結果顯示此(Cr,Zr)N電弧鍍膜為約42nm層間距之奈米多層膜,而EN為非晶質混合微小晶粒所組成;當(Cr,Zr)N有EN為中介層時,可同時擁有高硬度(27.3GPa)、高彈性係數(256.3GPa)及良好附著性,因此可明顯降低此材料之摩擦係數μ=0.57降至μ=0.25及磨損量。 |
英文摘要 | This study used austempered ductile iron (ADI) containing 1 wt% Cu as the substrate, and then coated with (Cr,Zr)N filmand electroless nickel (EN). The morphology and structure of the coatings were analyzed by using SEM, XRD, and TEM. Nanoindention tests were performed to examine hardness (H) and elastic modulus (E) of the coatings. Ball-on-disc wear tests were also carried out for understanding the effect of the coatings on wear behavior of Cu-ADI. The results show that the structure of (Cr,Zr)N film exhibits a nano-scale multilayer witheach layer of about 42 nm in thickness, while EN reveals a mixed structure of amorphous and crystalline. The (Cr,Zr)N film with an interlayer of EN exhibits high hardness (27.3 GPa), high E value (256.3 GPa), and good adhesion. As a result, the friction coefficient is decreasedfrom 0.57 to 0.25, and also the weight loss is reduced after the wear test. |
