中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討分析高雄市高級職業學校男性學生健康體適能差異情形。以叢集採樣法,抽取三所高級職業學校一、二、三年級男學生共348人為受試樣本,測量健康體適能。所得資料以統計方法進行分析,主要結果如下:一、自覺身體狀況好較多,自覺身體狀況不好最少。有無運動習慣經常最多、沒有最少。父、母親學歷大部份集中在高中或高職,研究所為最少。父、母親職業服務工作人員及售貨員最多,農林漁牧工作人員最少。雙親家庭最多,單親家庭最少。家庭月收入以3萬元以上至4萬元為最多,八萬元以上至十萬元最少。二、高雄市高級職業學校男性學生健康體適能,身體質量指數屬正常範圍、立定跳遠屬正常等級、仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、1600公尺項目層面上屬於中且稍高等級。三、不同背景受試者在健康體適能的表現,坐姿體前彎、1600公尺二年級皆優於一、三年級;自覺身體健康狀況好的學生身體質量指數及1600公尺部份優於不好者;對於平時有無運動習慣學生,經常運動者仰臥起坐、1600公尺優於普通運動及沒有運動習慣者,立定跳遠亦經常運動者優於普通運動習慣者。本研究的主要發現在於獲悉不同背景高級職業學校男性學生體適能差異,希望能針對問題有效改善體適能水準,並根據運動生理學的理論基礎以及相關文獻之佐證後,建議學校體育教學積極推展身體適能健康活動。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the healthy physical fitness of teenage male students. 348 students of 1- to 3-year students were included through cluster sampling from three vocational schools at Kaohsiung to test their healthy physical fitness. The major findings were:1. Majority of students reported that they were from double-parent, low income family; had parents held high school or vocational school degree and were blue-collar workers. They also reported themselves as good physical conditions and exercise frequently.2. The healthy physical fitness of all students from this study showed normal body mass index, normal standing long jump as well as mid-to high level of sit-ups, sit and reach, and 1600-foot run.3. According to background analysis, the healthy physical fitness of students from this study showed: the second-year students performed best on sit-and-reach and 1600-foot run; self reported of good physical conditions had better BMI and performed better of 1600-foot run than those reported bad physical conditions; frequently exercising students performed better sit-ups, 1600-foot run, and standing long jump than those who exercised less frequent or non.The findings from this study will be used to suggest school to actively develop a better exercise program which can further enhance students' healthy physical fitness. |
