中文摘要 | 全世界走向高齡化的社會,健康與休閒相對重要性提高,台灣行政院更於2000年頒布周休二日來提倡全民休閒健康運動;但有鑑於台灣地狹人稠,因此,運動中心紛紛成立,而如何選擇休閒健身中心為一重要課題;本研究以公營北投市民運動中心與民營亞爵健康休閒俱樂部(大直會館)休閒健身中心之顧客為研究對象,探討其服務品質、顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度三者間之關係,作為顧客選擇休閒健身中心之方法。結果顯示公營與民營休閒健身中心的服務品質與顧客滿意度達到非常顯著之相關;顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度沒有達到顯著相關;服務品質與顧客忠誠度亦沒有達到顯著相關。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this research had focused on the customer about chooses of recreation fitness center. The world faced with the aging of population, the relative importance of improving health and recreation. The Executive Yuan Republic of Taiwan issued to promote national recreation fitness center of weekends in 2000. But the land of Taiwan is very narrow and population is numerous. Thus, recreation fitness center have been established, and how to choose the recreation fitness center is an important issue. In this study, the public of Beitou recreation fitness center and private Sub-Grand of recreation fitness club (Dazhi-Hall) of the customers were. Investigate the service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty between the three factors, as customers choose the method of recreation fitness center. The result had presented, in the following: that public and private recreation fitness center service quality and customer satisfaction related to a very significant; customer satisfaction and loyalty is not to achieve significant correlation; service quality and customer loyalty has not reached a significant correlation. |
