| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在建構並改建小學教師評鑑評價體系,目的是提供小學教師可以自我檢視教學品質並找出自我教學績效改善方向。本研究係採用複合式多評準決策方法(MCDM),將小學教師評鑑評價指標體系分為4個構面(教學專業知能、班級經營、學生輔導、專業成長)及12項準則。然後,應用決策試驗與評價實驗室法(DEMATEL)架構小學教師評鑑評價體系之系統結構模型,以建立準則之間相互影響關聯性。接著,使用DANP方法(DEMATEL-Based ANP)來建立各個構面及準則之影響權重值。最後,針對個案分析使用VIKOR方法以評估小學教師績效最差之準則因素,並提出改善方向。本研究結果發現,在小學教師評鑑評價系統的四大構面中,和其他構面關聯性最高的是「班級經營」,影響度最高的是「專業成長」。此外,經由VIKOR方法評估A小學教師教學績效之實證分析案例中發現,最大績效缺口為「專業成長」構面,因此,若欲改善其績效,可由「專業成長」構面中之「參加研習與進修」準則來進行改善。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to build a systematic assessment model for evaluating and improving the performance of elementary school teacher. The Hybrid Multiple Criteria Decision Making (Hybrid MCDM) is applied in this paper, a performance evaluation index framework is constructed which includes 4 dimensions (teaching professional competence, class management, student counseling, and professional growth) with a total of 12 evaluation criteria. And then, based on the literature survey and expert services to compile an evaluation system for the elementary school teacher of the dimensions and criteria, the Decision-Making Test and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to establish the system structure model of dimensions and criteria to explore the degree of relevance and impact among each dimension and each criterion in a dimension. Consequently, the DANP method (DEMATEL-Based ANP) which is combined with DEMATEL and ANP is applied to calculate the weight of each dimension and criterion in the performance evaluation system. Finally, the VIKOR method is used to determine the performance gap of elementary school teacher in the case study to find out the ways to improve their performance. As results, in the performance evaluation system of elementary school teacher, the dimension “class management” has the most relevant relationship with other dimensions, while the dimension “professional growth” has the most degree of influence. In addition, by using VIKOR in the case study for the elementary school teacher, the biggest performance gap occurs in the dimension “professional growth”. Therefore, we should encourage these teachers to improve the performance on “participate in learning and education”. |
