中文摘要 | 創新一直以來都是企業持續成長的動力,由於企業競爭環境越來越複雜,使得創新工程方法近年來逐漸受到重視。工程師一項都是企業組織中最重要的人力資源,而具備有創新才能的工程師更是重要的資產。因此如何評估創新工程師的複合式智慧才能之績 效,進而培養更具創新能力的工程師,就成為現代人資部門的重要課題。本研究應用DEMATEL方法建立創新工程師的才能評估模式。首先,從創新管理過程觀點將創新工程與複合式智慧才能的影響因素建立10項關鍵流程準則的評估指標體系,然後藉由將專家經驗轉換為分析決策探討創新工程與複合式智慧才能關鍵因素或準則之間的影響程度關聯性,應用DEMATEL方法建立創新工程與複合式智慧才能評估模式之系統結構模型。 |
英文摘要 | Innovation has been a power for corporate continuous growth. As the competitive environment has become increasingly complex, innovative engineering approach enables increasingly attention in recent years. Engineers have always been the most important human resources in the organization, and engineers with talented and innovative are the most important assets. Therefore, how to assess the wisdom of innovative composited talent of engineers and to cultivate more innovative engineers becomes an important issue for the modern human resources sector. In this study, DEMATEL method is applied to create a talent assessment model for innovative engineers. First of all, an evaluation system for the innovative engineering and composited intellectual talent with 10 key talent factors is established from the perspective of innovation management. Then, the evaluation system with 10 key talent factors is converted by the DEMATEL method to explore an assessment system of innovative engineering and composite intelligence talent as a system structure model to illustrate the degree of influence among these talent criteria. |
