中文摘要 | 近年來,由於人口出生率的下降;新設立的大學專科院校不斷增加以及我國加入世界貿易組織後,開放國外各大學可來臺設分校招生等多重因素衝擊下,使得現存的國內各大學專科院校均面臨了嚴厲的競爭壓力。各校為因應外在環境的衝擊,均設法提高競爭力。而強化學校的服務品質,以提高在校學生的滿意程度,並藉此吸引潛在學生的就讀意願,成為各校努力的共同方向。在校內各單位中,圖書館扮演著甚為關鍵的角色,舉凡提昇研究水準,提高讀書風氣等,均有賴於圖書館良好的服務品質才能達成。本研究的目的在於(1)建構大專院校圖書館服務品質的模糊評估模式;(2)經由分層抽樣及問卷調查的統計方法,針對L大學圖書館為實證個案研究對象實施調查,以驗證評估模式的可操作性;(3)藉由此模式的建立,可使大學決策當局更容易發展模糊評估模式的電腦化系統。 |
英文摘要 | In recent year, the existing universities face crucial competitions due to the multi-impact of the decreasing rate of birth, new establishing universities, and the opening of branch divisions of foreign universities. In order to survive and develop in such an environment, the authorities of university need to improve the service quality at all times. In the sections of university, the library plays a key role for extending the research level, motive the study, etc. Hence, how to enhance the service quality of library becomes the crucial issue in this matter. The aims of this paper are to: (1) Establish the fuzzy evaluation approach of service quality of library; (2) In order to identify the feasible of the approach, a survey was conducted through statistical stratified sampling method and questionnaire investigation; (3) From this approach, the authorities of university can develop the basic structure of computerized fuzzy evaluation procedure easily. |
