中文摘要 | 師資生的教學信念可能源於過去對教學的片面意象,師資培育需要對師資生的教學信念進行檢視,並做必要的導正。另一方面,教學信念與教學行為關係密切,但有文獻指出新手老師因缺乏實際教學機會,容易產生教學信念與教學行為不一致的情況。本研究主要探討師資生的教學信念,並安排一活動方案,透過實際教學、觀察、討論、省思、案例觀摩等方式,提供師資生檢視自我教學信念與其教學實踐間的連結性。本研究以九位修讀國小教育學程的師資生為研究對象,研究結果顯示,經過活動參與後,師資生更加瞭解教學信念與教學行為之間的關係,並且在經過省思後,調整自我教學信念或教學行為。本研究最後並根據研究結果,提出對師資培育之建議。 |
英文摘要 | Pre-service teachers’ teaching beliefs were affected by their past image. It is essential for teacher education to examine pre-service teachers’ beliefs, and to change them if it is necessary. Also, teaching beliefs are closely related to their practices; however, research found that there is an inconsistency between beliefs and practices in novice. The main purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service teachers’ beliefs, and to arrange a program to examine the consistency of their beliefs and practices. Nine pre-service teachers participated this study. The results showed that after attending the program, student teachers knew more about their beliefs and practices, and made some adjustments after reflective thinking. Upon these findings, this study proposed several suggestions for teacher education program. |
